Benylin Chesty Coughs Non-Drowsy Syrup is designed to provide effective relief from deep, chesty coughs, allowing you to continue with your daily activities. Each 5ml dose contains 100mg of Guaifenesin, which acts as an expectorant to loosen and thin mucus, and 1.1mg of Levomentol to help clear bronchial congestion. This combination makes your cough more productive, helping to clear airways. The syrup is non-drowsy, making it ideal for daytime use. It is intended for adults and children aged 12 years and over.
Directions for Use
For oral use only. Adults and children aged 12 years and over should take two 5ml spoonfuls four times a day. Do not exceed four doses in 24 hours. Not recommended for children under 12 years. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not use if you have had a bad reaction to any of the ingredients. Do not store above 30˚C. Keep in the original container and do not use if the bottle seal is broken. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. If you have liver or kidney problems, or if you have been told you have an intolerance to some sugars, consult your doctor before use. Contains glucose, sucrose, and alcohol; consider this in patients with diabetes mellitus. Ponceau 4R (E124) may cause allergic reactions. Contains sodium, equivalent to 0.82% of the recommended maximum daily intake.
