Directions for Use

Open the Sachet – Tear the sachet open by hand (do not use scissors). Peel & Apply – Remove the paper strip and adhere the patch to the outside of your clothing or underwear over the affected area. Activate & Use – The patch will heat up upon air exposure and reach optimal temperature in approximately 30 minutes. Remove & Dispose – To remove or reposition, peel off slowly to avoid spills. Dispose of the used patch with regular household waste.
