Fybogel works gently with your body to relieve constipation and maintain regularity, typically within 24-72 hours. It is suitable for daily use to break the cycle of constipation and can be taken safely during pregnancy, though consulting a healthcare provider is recommended. The orange-flavored granules are gluten-free and sugar-free, making them a convenient option for those with dietary restrictions.
Directions for Use
Read the enclosed leaflet before use.
Fill a glass with approximately 240ml of cold water.
Pour the contents of one sachet into the water, avoiding inhaling the powder.
Stir well and drink immediately, preferably after meals.
Adults and children over 12 years: Take one sachet in the morning and one in the evening.
Children aged 6 to 12 years: Take half to one level 5ml spoonful depending on size and age, morning and evening.
Do not take immediately before going to sleep.
If there has been no bowel movement after three days of treatment, consult your doctor.
Take this product at least 30 minutes before or after other medicines.
