Additionally, these tablets help reduce fever, sore throats, and the general aches and pains associated with colds and flu. For oral use: Dissolve the tablets in water before taking. Adults and children 16 years and over: Take 2 tablets dissolved in at least half a tumbler of water every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours and do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Children aged 12-15: Take 1 tablet dissolved in at least half a tumbler of water every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
