Detailed Product Description
Growing Success Slug Killer Advanced Organic 500g is a fast-acting solution designed to protect your plants from slug damage. The blue pellets contain ferric phosphate, a naturally occurring active ingredient that is safe for use in organic gardening. Once consumed by slugs, feeding ceases, and they retreat underground to die, leaving no unsightly traces. The pellets remain effective even after exposure to rain, watering, and sunlight, ensuring long-lasting protection for your plants. This product is suitable for use around all edible and non-edible plants, making it a versatile choice for gardeners.
Directions for Use
Evenly scatter the pellets around all edible and non-edible plants (e.g., hostas, bedding plants, strawberries, lettuce, cabbages) at a rate of 5g per square metre. For best results, apply during mild, damp weather, after rain or watering, when slugs are most active. Applications are best made during the evening before slugs commence feeding. Repeat treatment may be necessary to maintain control, with a maximum of four treatments per crop. Avoid application when rain is imminent to ensure maximum effectiveness.
