Directions for Use 

Preparation: Best served warm and from a bowl. Warming: To warm, stand the jar in hot water for a few minutes. Stir well before serving to ensure even heating. Temperature Check: Always check the temperature of the food before giving it to your baby to avoid scalding. Serving: Serve directly from the jar or transfer to a bowl if preferred. Discard any remaining food within 24 hours after opening if not heated.
