Directions for Use

For adults and children aged 12 and over. Chew one piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke. Most people use between 8 and 12 pieces per day, but do not exceed 15 pieces daily. Follow the Nicorette Chewing Technique: chew slowly until the taste becomes strong, rest the gum between your cheek and gum, and then chew again when the taste fades. Always read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.
