NICORETTE® INVISIPATCH™ offers a discreet and effective method for managing nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms associated with quitting smoking. Designed for once-a-day use, the patch is specifically formulated to be removed at night, ensuring it does not disturb your sleep. It combats seven common withdrawal symptoms, providing relief from cravings, irritability, low mood, restlessness, anxiety, poor concentration, and increased appetite. Available in three strengths—25mg, 15mg, and 10mg—the Invisipatch supports a step-down approach to quitting smoking. For optimal results, most smokers start with the 25mg patch for 8 weeks, then gradually reduce to 15mg for 2 weeks, followed by 10mg for the final 2 weeks. Lighter smokers (less than 10 cigarettes per day) are advised to start with the 15mg patch. The patch serves as a safer alternative to smoking, benefiting both the user and those around them.
Directions for Use
For adults and children 12 years and over, apply the patch to a clean, dry area of the skin in the morning and remove it 16 hours later. Follow the step-down programme based on your smoking habits. It is important to read the package leaflet carefully before use to ensure proper application and effectiveness.
Ingredients
Each patch is 22.5 sq.cm, containing 1.75 mg/sq.cm, releasing a nominal 25mg nicotine per 16 hours. Other ingredients include triglycerides, medium-chain basic butylated methacrylate copolymer, polyethylenterephthalate film (PET), acrylate matrix, acrylic adhesive solution, potassium hydroxide, croscarmellose sodium, aluminium acetylacetonate, release liner polyethylenterephthalate (PET) film single side aluminised, both sides siliconised, printing ink solution, blending varnish, printing ink beige, and printing ink brown.
