By using Vicks First Defence at the first signs of a cold (such as a sore throat or sneezing), it reduces the virus's ability to replicate, helping prevent the development of a full-blown cold. The spray works by trapping, inactivating, and assisting your body in removing the cold virus. Each application involves spraying 2-3 times per nostril, up to 4 times daily. Suitable for adults and children over 12 years old, this product is drug-free and comes with detailed instructions for optimal use.
Directions for Use
- Start using within 24-36 hours of noticing the first signs of a cold (e.g., a tickle at the back of the throat or sneezing).
- Without tilting your head, insert the nozzle into your nostril, incline it outward toward your ear, and apply 2-3 sprays per nostril.
- Avoid inhaling deeply after spraying.
- Allow 4 hours between applications; do not exceed 4 applications in 24 hours.
- Continue using for 2 days after symptoms subside.
