Instruction
For best result, cook with prior defrost.
-Pan Fry: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add frozen product manually and fry on a single face for 2 min. Then pour around 4 tablespoons of water (60ml) into the pan. Boil for 2 min. With lid. Take the lid off and boil again for 1 min until the water boils away.
-Boil: Boil for about 3 min. 30 seconds into simmering water.
-Steam: Put the frozen gyoza in a basket which has been beforehand oiled. Steam at 100 °C for about 5 min.
-Deep fry: Fry at 170°C-180°C for about 2 min 30 seconds.
Storage
Store frozen less than -18°C.
