Directions for Use

For oral use. Pour the contents of one sachet into a mug and add hot, but not boiling, water. Stir until dissolved and sweeten to taste if desired. Adults and children aged 12 and over should take one sachet every 4-6 hours as needed, not exceeding 4 sachets in 24 hours. Do not give to children under 12 except on medical advice. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
