Directions for Use Initial Treatment: For the first day, try either ibuprofen or paracetamol according to their respective instructions. Next Day Usage: If pain persists, start taking Nuromol the next day. Dosage: Adults over 18 years old and elderly: Take 1 tablet (or 2 if required), up to 3 times daily with food.
