Otrivine Blocked Nose Relief Nasal Spray is a fast-acting solution for nasal congestion caused by colds, sinusitis, and allergies like hay fever. Each application delivers a precise, measured dose of Xylometazoline Hydrochloride (0.1% w/v), which works within minutes to clear blocked nasal passages and reduce excessive nasal secretions. The spray provides relief for up to 10 hours, making it an ideal choice for managing symptoms throughout the day or night. Its metered-dose design ensures consistent and effective use. For hygiene purposes, each pack should be used by one person only to prevent cross-infection.
Directions for Use
Before first use, prime the pump by actuating it 4 times. If the spray has not been used for more than 7 days, reprime it with 4 additional actuations.
Dosage for adults and children aged 12 years and over: Apply one spray in each nostril, up to 3 times daily.

Active Ingredient: Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.1% w/v (Each application contains 140 micrograms).
Other Ingredients: Hypromellose, sodium chloride, sorbitol, sodium phosphate, sodium acid phosphate, disodium edetate, benzalkonium chloride, and purified water.
